AlteasCrafts è on line!

Come avevo anticipato qualche giorno fa e come potete vedere dal mini-shop affianco al post, ho aperto un secondo negozio su Etsy, AlteasCrafts, per vendere un po' di materiale che ho acquistato durante la mia "carriera" di hobbysta e che non ho mai utilizzato o utilizzato in parte. Per ora la maggior parte degli articoli inseriti riguardano la tecnica del mosaico e della vetrofusione (ma possono essere utilizzati per qualsiasi cosa suggerisca la fantasia!): come queste belle murrine nella foto sopra, con le quali potreste realizzare un oggetto come quello nella foto sotto. Ho inserito anche qualche perlina, ma più avanti inserirò anche altro materiale per bijoux che ho in eccesso o che non mi interessa più utilizzare e magari qualche pezzo fatto con le mie mani.

Che dire, se vi interessa qualcosa fatevi avanti, devo fare spazio in casa per fare nuovi bijoux!

As announced some days ago and as you can see by the mini-shop on the side I opened a second shop on Etsy, AlteasCrafts, to sell some of the material I have collected during my "carrier" as a crafter and that I have never used or used in part. Now you can find material special for mosaic and lampworking (but you can use it for any creative project the you fantasy can suggest!): like these cute murrini chips in the first picture above that you can use to make an object like the one in second picture. Later on I will add also excess jewelry material and maybe some handmade findings.

What else, if you are interested in anything go ahead, I need more space for more jewelry!

Non è facile per trovare delle filigrane che mi piacciano veramente, ma queste le ho trovate bellissime!

Filigrane in argento placcato oro, ganci in rame leggermente anticato fatti da me e deliziose perline di agata sfaccettata craquelè.

Eh si, dopo i Fiorecchini che potete trovare qui e qui, sono arrivate le Fiorcollane!

Ecco la prima: teneri fiori di pietre dure e perle addolciscono un lungo cordino in pelle color cioccolato.

Adoro il mix delle perle con la pelle! Che ne dite?

Ma se dovessi fare dei bracciali dovrei chiamarli "Fiorbracciali"? Si accettano suggerimenti!

Una nuova Craft Room e..... * A new Craft Room and....

Finalmente posso postare qualche foto del mio nuovo angolo di lavoro. Dico nuovo perchè il mio precedente "angolo" era il tavolo della cucina, e questo nuovo spazio che mi sono creata mi sembra un sogno!

At last I can show you some photos of my new craft room. I say new because previously my "craft room" was the kitchen table, so this new space I created seems like a dream to me!

L'ho creato in un angolo della camera da letto e volendo si potrebbe nascondere con una bella tenda, ci sto pensando ma per ora non l'ho fatto anche perchè mi piace guardarmelo! E poi se tenuto in ordine e ulteriormente abbellito non è così male da vedere.

I've created it in the bedroom, and potentially can be hidden with a nice curtain, I'am thinking about it but until now I have not done it because I like to stare at it! And anyway if you keep it clean and in order it is not too bad to have it exposed.

Creando questa nuova "craft room" e rimettendo in ordine tutto il materiale ho scoperto di avere un sacco di roba che non utilizzo più, relative ai bijoux ma anche dei miei precedenti hobby come il mosaico il decoupage. Qualcosa mai toccato e arrivato in casa solo per frenesia di acquisto che prende a volte, e di frequente, noi "craft addicted". Quindi sto lavorando sullo smaltimento di parte di questo materiale che metterò a disposizione in un nuovo negozio on-line.

Devo decidere dove aprirlo!

While I was putting in order all my material I discovered a load of crafts goods related to my current jewelry but also related to my previous hobby like mosaic and decoupage that I do not use anymore. A lot of things arrived here after some shopping craziness that sometimes catches "craft addicted" like me! So now I would like to open a destash shop on line, but I have to decide where to open it!

Mauve inspiration

Il color malva è sempre stato tra i miei preferiti, non troppo rosa, non troppo viola! Quando ho visto queste perle di vetro, non ho saputo resistere: sembrano glassate e a seconda della luce hanno dei bellissimi flash blu-viola! Le ho viste bene abbinate al metallo con finitura canna di fucile.

Mauve has always been among my preferred colors, not too pink, not too purple! So when I saw these glass beads I could not resist: they seem frosted and depending on light they have wonderful blue-purple flashes. I thought the best match was together with gun metal wire and findings.
